Abandoned Accounts | If your account has had no activity in the last year and you have not contacted the credit union, your account becomes dormant. After three years of dormancy, your account becomes abandoned, and the funds in the account will be sent to the State Comptroller by June 23, 2023. Click here for more details.

Audio and Video Permissions

Audio - Once connected, you should receive a pop-up asking for permission to access your microphone. If you do not get this notification, you may need to go to your browser settings to allow the use of the microphone.

Video - To allow a team member to see you on camera, you must click the video icon (located at the top of their video screen) and give permission for the camera to be on. This can be done by clicking "allow" on the pop-up, or if you don't see a pop-up, by going to your browser's privacy settings.
