Travel Plans?
Let us know your travel plans to prevent debit and credit card interruptions.
Fraud alerts can trigger when your debit or credit card is used out of town, at a location outside your usual routine, or in an area heavily targeted by fraudsters. Don’t let that happen.
If you’re traveling somewhere that’s a significant distance from home – a city several hours away, another state, or a foreign country – your debit and credit card purchases may be flagged for potential fraud. But you can prevent this by simply letting us know you’re traveling. Help us make sure your card works reliably through whatever journey you may be taking.
Contact us before you leave.
Call us at
1.800.825.8829
before you travel to place a travel notice on your account.
We're here to help 24/7.
If you forget to place a travel notice and your card is declined for a valid purchase, we can help with that, too. Call us at
1.800.825.8829
24/7 for any issues with your debit or credit card.
