Important Information about 5Point Credit Cards

To offer enhanced credit card options, we are currently upgrading our credit card system. This upgrade will allow us to offer new and improved benefits, including REWARDS and low rates as early as February 2020. While we’re excited to have new options coming soon, we first need to transition our current cards to the new system.
During the transition, you’ll see some noticeable changes to your 5Point credit card statements and online information, including the ways you can make payments.


Your current 5Point credit card will continue to work as normal. HOWEVER, if you have a 5Point Credit Union MasterCard, the card number displayed online and on your statements will not match the number printed on your card.

We realize the numbers not matching might be confusing, especially to those with multiple cards. If you need help figuring out your card information, please call us at 1.800.825.8829.


Access Point takes the place of You’ll be able to find all account information in Access Point that you’ve always seen in

GoToMyCard stops working on October 10, and Access Point will become available on October 15. If you normally make payments through GotoMyCard, and you need to make a payment during the lock-out period of 10/10-10/15, please call us. We’ll help you make your payment on time.

During your first-time login to Access Point, you will need to enter your email address to gain access.
If you are enrolled in our home banking system, you can continue to make payments through internal transfers.
If you are enrolled in e-statements, you will still receive e-statements. If the email address on file is incorrect, a paper statement will be mailed. Any account with an outdated email address will need to re-enroll for e-statements with a correct email address.

In January, all MasterCard credit cards will reissue as Visa credit cards. If you currently have a 5Point Visa credit card, it will reissue at its expiration date.

We’ll be:
  • moving from MasterCard to Visa
  • adding a chip for enhanced fraud protection
  • bringing contactless capability to our cards

You’ll also be able to sign up for fraud alerts and travel notices through our home banking app.
