Audio and Video Permissions

Audio - Once connected, you should receive a pop-up asking for microphone access. If there is no pop-up, check that your browser settings are set up to allow use of the microphone.

Video - To allow a team member to see you on camera, click the video icon at the top of your screen and then click “Allow” on the pop-up screen for the camera to be on. If there is no pop-up, check your browser’s privacy settings, or ad blocker, to allow pop-ups.
