COVID-19 remains present in our community – so we remain focused on reducing exposure and minimizing the spread, while continuing to meet your financial needs.

Lobby Reopening

When you arrive at your preferred branch, you’ll be greeted by a 5Point employee and signed in for service. If there is a need for you to wait, we’ll ask that you wait in your vehicle until a representative is available. There will be a limit of one member per 5Point representative allowed inside of our lobbies.
 
We will offer controlled teller transactions inside all lobbies. Only a certain amount of members will be allowed to wait for teller transactions inside the lobby. Additionally, members must follow floor decals to maintain a safe social distance.

Keeping you Safe

We are so happy to welcome you, our members, back into the branches. We are making every effort to keep you safe while you conduct your financial business. Here’s how:
 
  • Masks are required of all employees and members inside lobbies. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you. If you prefer not to wear a mask, we are happy to serve you through 5Point Curbside.
  • We are disinfecting common areas in branches regularly throughout the day, as well as disinfecting offices in between members.
  • Our team members will ask that you sanitize your hands upon entering the building. Employees are also washing and sanitizing regularly throughout the day, and using gloves when necessary.
  • You will notice floor decals showing social distancing parameters, along with clear shields on desks.
  • We will not have any refreshments in the lobby, including coffee.
  • We kindly ask that no children accompany you to your visit. If children are present, we will be happy to accommodate your transactions through 5Point Curbside.
     

Drive-Thru Services

All drive-thrus will remain open as per normal drive-thru business hours.  We have implemented protocols to ensure our members practice social distancing, and we have enacted additional cleaning procedures. If you visit our drive-thru or ATM in person, we recommend you also wash your hands thoroughly afterward or use hand sanitizers.
 

Electronic Services

As always, our call center is available 24/7 as are all online and mobile banking services. You can continue to take advantage of our online banking services and mobile app to access your accounts and financial services during this time.
 
You can:
  • Apply for loans and credit cards
  • Make payments on a 5Point loan
  • Deposit checks using the remote deposit app
  • Pay bills using Bill Pay
  • Transfer money between accounts
  • Reorder checks
  • View eStatements
  • Open additional accounts – log into online banking and select “Add a Share (Deposit) Account” under the “Additional Services” tab, or log into your mobile app and select “Add a Share” under the “More” menu

If you haven’t enrolled in online banking or downloaded our mobile app, you can do so at any time. It only takes a few minutes.

COVID-19 Scam Alerts

Scammers are gathering personal information by pretending to be contact tracers.

People who had contact with someone infected with COVID-19 may first get a text message from the health department, telling them they’ll get a call from a specific number. The tracer who calls will not ask for personal information, like a Social Security number. Click here to learn more.
