We are closely monitoring the current situation and are taking precautionary steps to reduce the potential of exposure and spread of COVID-19.
Our lobbies will open for LIMITED lobby services beginning Monday, May 4.
At this time, all lobbies will remain closed on Saturdays.
To continue practicing social distancing and protect you and our team, we will be inquiring about your service request prior to entering the building.
For lobby services, we'll sign you in and ask you to wait in your vehicle. When a representative is available, we'll give you a call. There will be a limit of one member per 5Point representative allowed inside of our lobbies.
Lobby services include opening new accounts, account maintenance, debit cards, fraud issues, applying for new loans and credit cards, stop payments, notary services, safe deposit boxes, wire transfers, etc. Please remember, most of these services can be handled by phone or through electronic channels.
Teller transactions will continue to be conducted through our drive-thrus.
Teller transactions inlcude deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan and credit card payments, cashier’s checks, etc.
All drive-thrus will remain open as per normal drive-thru business hours.
We have implemented protocols to ensure our members practice social distancing, and we have enacted enhanced cleaning procedures. If you visit our drive-thru or ATM in person, we recommend you also wash your hands thoroughly afterward or use hand sanitizers.
As always, our call center is available 24/7 as are all online and mobile banking services.
We also strongly encourage you to take advantage of our online banking services and mobile app to access your accounts and financial services during this time.

- Open additional accounts – log into online banking and select “Add a Share (Deposit) Account” under the “Additional Services” tab, or log into your mobile app and select “Add a Share” under the “More” menu

If you’re facing financial difficulties as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we’re here for you with deferred loan payments and other financial resources.
Because of the unprecedented economic impacts many members are experiencing, we are now offering Skip-a-Pays for up to two months with no fees.
Applications can be completed directly from Home Banking or using the 5Point App.
